Rumor has it that Michael Phelps will be soon donating all his Olympic gold medals to Donald Trump.
He'll receive them, nobles oblige, saying that he always wanted to have a gold medal but he ended up winning 23. Which makes perfect sense, after all, he is a "winner," especially in his own estimation...
And of course Vladmir Putin's satire applies too; the satire of another "winner" via doping applies here too: if a Trump is your glaring winner, I'd like to take a look at your losers...
